Since September 2024, Institution S2 Resource Centre has been pioneering a trial programme that allows inmates to independently utilise selected government e-services with their Singpass account. The programme, Access for Inmates Digital Experience (AIDE), is supported by a Service Ambassador (SA), who is available at the Resource Centre twice a week to assist with matters such as resetting Singpass passwords and guiding inmates on how to use the e-services.
