KUALA LUMPUR - Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) president Anwar Ibrahim was uncontested at last November's party election, making the deputy president's contest between his right-hand man Rafizi Ramli and Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali a proxy referendum.

Datuk Seri Azmin won by a slim margin.
