SINGAPORE - On May 15, home-grown Italian restaurant Rubato in Greenwood Avenue resumed its 24-hour takeaway and delivery operations with a purpose.
It did so for the full duration of the circuit breaker last year. Its mission - to feed front-liners on 24-hour shifts at hospitals and community-care facilities.
