Najib meets Trump at White House

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak will meet United States President Donald Trump at the White House today.

Datuk Seri Najib has said he hopes his visit will drum up more trade and investment for Malaysia. He is also expected to discuss issues related to Rohingya Muslims, North Korea and the South China Sea.


Power-rail replacements completed

A massive project to reduce the occurrence of power-rail faults on Singapore's oldest MRT lines - the North-South and East-West lines - will be officially completed today.

Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport Khaw Boon Wan will officiate at the completion ceremony of the power-rail replacement project.


Private resale property data

SRX Property will today release the data on its private resale property index for last month.

This comes after resale prices in the private housing segment took a dip in July, which saw prices for non-landed homes down by 0.5 per cent from June, following two previous months of increase.
