What storm? Red pandas chow down for bamboo lunch in the snow

As a major snow storm blows into the northeastern United States, red pandas at the Trevor Zoo in Millbrook, New York take a break from playing in the snow to chow down for a bamboo lunch.

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES (REUTERS) - Snow is wreaking havoc in parts of the north-eastern United States, but New York's red pandas are making the most of it.

The pandas at the Trevor Zoo in Millbrook had fun frolicking in the snow and eating from their lavender plants.

The March storm comes near the end of an unusually mild winter along much of the East Coast, with below-normal snowfalls in cities such as New York City and Washington.
