WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump enters 2020 with solid support from Republicans, for whom despite the controversy and outrage that he generates seemingly every day - or in some cases because of it - his administration has been a thumping success.

Certainly, the US President has compromised on some issues. And he has failed to provide a better substitute for healthcare to the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Obamacare, which he pronounces is a "disaster".
