Mueller report is neither a smoking gun, nor a total exoneration

The Mueller report released on Thursday put little to rest regarding the Trump campaign's links with Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election but has fuelled political agendas on both sides.

It was unable to give a conclusive answer to either of the big questions: Was there collusion? Was there a cover-up?
