WASHINGTON - On Sunday (Sept 22), leaders of the world's two largest democracies will stand on a stage in Houston, Texas, to address an estimated 50,000-strong audience at a major rally.

US President Donald Trump's appearance at Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Howdy Modi" rally at NRG Stadium in Houston sends a strong signal of his chemistry with Mr Modi - regardless of irritants between the two countries.
