NEW YORK – Two Latin American strongmen were charged in New York with corrupting their governments, using state power to import hundreds of tonnes of cocaine into the US.
One, former president of Honduras Juan Orlando Hernandez, was abruptly pardoned by US President Donald Trump in December.
