Early days yet, but low poll ratings a big worry for Trump

US President Donald Trump may have formally launched his bid for re-election on Tuesday night in Orlando, but he never really stopped campaigning - the raucous rally was meant more as a show of force in a crucial state at a time that polls suggest his re-election is under serious threat.

Florida, which Mr Trump calls his second home, is a key 2020 battleground notorious for close elections and recounts, and the President knows he needs to win the state again if he is to prevail.
