WASHINGTON, DC (REUTERS) - President Donald Trump signed four Bills that rolled back Obama-era legislation that include certain labour law regulations, federal control of lands and education rules that the GOP argued took control away from states.
He said three of the Bills cancel "federal power grabs that centralised decision-making in Washington away from states and local governments".
"We are removing these additional layers of bureaucracy to encourage more freedom and innovation in our schools," Mr Trump said.
