WASHINGTON - A Facebook post doing the rounds of the medical community, from an ICU doctor in Washington State, starts with just a few terse bullet points that could be the opening lines of a movie script - except it is real life.

"We have 21 (patients) and 11 deaths since (Feb 28)," it says.
