WASHINGTON - The Biden administration is staying the course on competing with and confronting China, but is less combative than its predecessor, if Secretary of State Antony Blinken's speech on China is any indication.
Experts noted that Mr Blinken's speech, while critical of China, was not as confrontational as it could have been, especially compared with the previous administration.
