LONDON – Leaders of Europe’s major governments have agreed to launch a ceasefire plan for Ukraine in a bid to reverse what is rapidly becoming the most profound rift between their continent and the US since World War II.
At the end of a summit on March 2 in London, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron pledged to develop a plan to end the Ukraine bloodshed and present it to Washington.
