It is a sound that Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank have been missing for a long time. But recently they have begun to rejoice about "a different atmosphere".

"A fresh wind is blowing," Mr Oded Revivi, mayor of the Efrat settlement and foreign policy spokesman for the Settler Council, told the Israeli news website Ynet.
