Oman wins notice for steering Middle East diplomacy minefield

DUBAI - Most Arab states in the Middle East share a common allergy when it comes to Israel.

Which is why when the Sultanate of Oman stated last October (2018) that the Jewish state should be acknowledged as a bona fide Middle East entity and "bear the same obligations", the pronouncement sent shock waves in the region.
