LONDON – Israel’s spy chief has fired his country’s top intelligence experts on Iran amid a growing dispute about who should be held responsible for the failure to topple Iran’s clerical regime, as the war in the Gulf drags on.
An Aug 6 report carried by Israel’s national TV claims that General Roman Gofman, who heads Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency, has ordered the removal of the heads of his organisation’s Intelligence Directorate and Iran Division.
