VIENNA (AFP) - Iran and world powers began on Tuesday a third round of nuclear talks aimed at reaching a final agreement by late July, a US official said.

Iran and the five UN Security Council permanent members plus Germany want to make enough progress in this round to begin drafting a deal next month.
