18, including foreigners, killed in Oman bus accident: State media

MUSCAT (AFP) - A road accident involving a truck and a bus killed 18 people of various nationalities in western Oman on Tuesday (March 1), state news agency ONA reported.
Fourteen people were also injured in the pre-dawn accident on the road between Ibri and Fahud, ONA said citing police.
The bus was carrying passengers from Salalah, in south-western Oman, to Dubai, the Times of Oman reported citing Gulf Transport Company, which operates the service.
The dead included six Omanis, four Saudis, two Pakistanis and a Yemeni, Al-Shabibi newspaper reported.
