RAMALLAH, Palestinian Territories (AFP) - US Secretary of State John Kerry will travel on Friday to Ramallah from Amman to meet Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas, a Palestinian official said.

"Kerry will go at 3pm (1200 GMT) today to meet Abbas, travelling by Jordanian helicopter," the official said on condition of anonymity.
