Mexico's notorious drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman escaped from the country's highest security prison earlier this month. His stunning escape through a hidden tunnel has enhanced his status as an outlaw folk hero. A pinata maker in the border town of Reynosa, Mexico, has created a new papier-maché figurine that resembles "El Chapo". Mexican authorities are offering a US$3.8 million (S$5.2 million) reward for clues leading to his capture.
