TRIPOLI (REUTERS) - Four Egyptian Embassy staff, including a cultural attache, have been kidnapped in the Libyan capital Tripoli, the Libyan Foreign Ministry said on Saturday, after an Egyptian administrative attache was abducted on Friday by unknown gunmen.
