Fears for multilateralism at UN meeting, says Vivian

Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said concern over the future of multilateralism was widespread at the United Nations General Assembly last week.

"There is increasing anxiety over unilateralism, anxiety that we are going back to a world where the big impose their will," he told Singapore media last Saturday. He said free trade and cyberspace were the other key themes.
