Theresa May gives statement on EU summit

LONDON (REUTERS) - UK Prime Minister Theresa May made a statement in Parliament on Monday about last week's EU summit in Brussels.
She spoke about the right of EU citizens to stay in Britain, and of UK citizens to stay in the EU. She also spoke about Nato and Scotland's proposals concerning staying in the EU single market.
