Russia's sharpening of demands over Ukraine not encouraging for ongoing crisis

LONDON - Russia has announced that major nuclear exercises involving ballistic and cruise missile launches will begin on Saturday (Feb 19).

The Russian authorities claim that the drills - which President Vladimir Putin will personally oversee - were “planned in advance”.
