Russia says Iran confirms participation in Doha meeting, not to freeze oil output so far

NOVOKUZNETSK, RUSSIA (REUTERS) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Monday (April 4) that Iran has confirmed its participation in a Doha meeting on April 17, however, it planned to join the oil output freeze agreement only after its output rises to 4 million barrels per day.
