The British Parliament is set to vote today on a series of proposals which may determine the fate of the country's membership in the European Union.

Members of Parliament meeting in London will consider all options, from proposals that Britain should leave the EU immediately without securing any trade arrangements, to suggestions that it should drop the entire process and remain a full member of the EU.
