Migrant drownings reignite the Britain-France blame game

France "will not let" the Channel waterway between itself and Britain "become a cemetery", French President Emmanuel Macron said after a vessel full of undocumented immigrants headed for the British shores sank, drowning 27 people.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson also proclaimed himself "shocked, appalled and deeply saddened" by the tragedy.
