British Prime Minister Theresa May has moved fast to reassert her political authority by replacing two resigning ministers and reshuffling the rest of her Cabinet.

Determined to show that it's all business-as-usual, an apparently unflappable Mrs May hosted German Chancellor Angela Merkel in London yesterday and is flying to Brussels later todayfor a summit of the Nato military alliance.
