Major blow for PM Johnson but he indicates another bid to prorogue Parliament is possible

The British Parliament is reconvening today after the country's Supreme Court declared unlawful a government decision to suspend parliamentary sessions.

The unprecedented legal ruling, which upends centuries of British constitutional practice and traditions, has not only deeply humiliated Prime Minister Boris Johnson, but also complicates even further Britain's tortuous separation negotiations with the European Union.
