China says it will offer ‘concrete’ ideas to end Ukraine war

LONDON - China will provide greater clarity on its attitude to the Ukraine war and offer “concrete” ideas for stopping the bloodshed, the country’s top diplomat told a gathering of Europe’s top policymakers.

“We will put forward a position paper,” Mr Wang Yi promised at the annual Munich Security Conference, Europe’s premier military gathering, during a Saturday keynote speech.
