Belgium charges 2nd suspect linked to foiled French attack: Prosecutor

BRUSSELS (AFP, REUTERS) - Belgium has charged a second man linked to a foiled French attack with involvement in a terrorist group, the federal prosecutor said Sunday (March 27).

The Belgian press agency Belga said he was charged in connection with a related raid in France this week that authorities say foiled an apparent attack plot.

The prosecutor named the suspect as Abderamane A. Another man named as Rabah N. was charged on Saturday with the same offence in connection with the arrest of Reda Kriket near Paris on Thursday.

Police found arms and explosives in a flat Kriket was using.
