2020 make-or-break climate year after Madrid talks failure

The United Nations climate meeting, called COP25, that ended in Madrid on Sunday (Dec 15) will go down in history as one of the least successful climate gatherings, hobbled by major polluters stalling progress.

The two-week marathon involving nearly 200 nations went deep into overtime.
