Dismantlement at North Korea's test site 'partially significant'

Analysts say retiring old site irrelevant as long as it has operational nuclear weapons

President Donald Trump, speaking at an event for US war veterans in Kansas City on Tuesday, said he appreciated that North Korea has begun the process of dismantling facilities at a key missile site.

Mr Trump also said North Korean leader Kim Jong Un had told him "it will be done" when he asked for the return of more remains of Americans killed during the Korean War.
