Unloved Mexican President receives boost at home as he takes a stand against border plan

From the crowded lanes of Mexico City's Lagunilla flea market to the formal, exclusive lunch tables of the Club de Industriales, Mexicans view American President Donald Trump's plan to build a wall on the US-Mexican border with distaste.

"Trump's mindset is twisted. The wall is just wrong," 48-year-old Esperanza Gudino Salgado, selling makeup products at the Sunday market, told The Straits Times.
