LAS VEGAS (Reuters) - US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Wednesday (Oct 5) visited a charter school in Las Vegas, Nevada where he received a gift brought to him by a young girl who appeared to be a reluctant participant in the billionaire's campaign stop.
School officials told the real estate mogul that they were gifting him a small piece of their school's foundation, which was handed over by a young African-American girl.
The nominee has struggled to capture African American voters who overwhelmingly support his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
