127 people killed in C. Africa since Friday: Red Cross

BANGUI, Central African Republic (AFP) - At least 127 people have been killed and some 100 others wounded in violence in the Central African Republic over the past three days, the country's Red Cross office said on Monday.

The deaths occurred after the country's interim president Michel Djotodia resigned on Friday under pressure from regional African leaders.
