12 dead after Ukraine train hits bus

KIEV (AFP) - Twelve people were killed when a train ploughed into a minibus in northern Ukraine on Tuesday, emergency officials said.

Five people have been hospitalised following the accident, which happened in the Sumy region close to the border with Russia.

Ukraine's emergency service said the accident occurred at 1328 GMT.
