UK parliament 'can't vote on same Brexit deal'
British Prime Minister Theresa May suffered a fresh Brexit setback on Monday (March 18) when the speaker of parliament John Bercow said any proposal she puts to lawmakers must be substantially different to the ones previously rejected by them.
