ST LIVE: Singapore's Covid-19 restrictions extended until Nov 21

Initially scheduled to end on Oct 24, Singapore will extend current Covid-19 restrictions by four weeks to Nov 21, as the healthcare system remains at risk of being overwhelmed. Nearly 90 per cent of the 1,650 isolation beds have been filled.
