Fresh barramundi, from farm to fork
At Kuhlbarra, a fish farm in Singapore, barramundis are reared till they are 4kg in weight before they are harvested. The fish is so fresh that restaurants, such as Pollen at Gardens by The Bay, have opted to cure the fish instead of cooking it.
