SINGAPORE - The courts may well decide if a parent can be partly blamed for inadequate supervision of a six-year-old girl at a swimming pool that led to her death.
Four defendants facing a High Court negligence lawsuit over the tragedy have alleged that the girl's mother, who was present at the site, should also be held contributorily negligent for the incident.
