Fashion and luxury brands could give smartwatch incumbents such as Apple a run for their money, as the wearables market continues to grow.

Apple dominates the smartwatch market, which was worth US$9.3 billion (S$12.3 billion) last year and is expected to climb to US$17.4 billion in sales in 2021.
