SINGAPORE - With the easing of Covid-19 rules here and Singapore's opening up allowing more people to return to offices, demand for desktop personal computers (PCs) soared here in the first three months of the year compared with the quarter before, bucking a global trend.

The PC business here also continued growing last year.
