SINGAPORE - Healthcare, hospitality and aviation are among the sectors hit the hardest by an ongoing labour shortage that has been escalated by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Such labour woes have continued or deepened as restrictions started to ease from April this year and visitors returned to Singapore.
