Don't fall for that 'tech support' call

With many of us online most of the time and forced to download new tools and apps required for effective remote working, we've become quite paranoid about cybersecurity, which is a healthy sign. "Only The Paranoid Survive" is the title of the book Intel co-founder Andrew Grove wrote in 1988. It continues to be a bestseller and the need to be paranoid is very relevant today.
That is because online scams have skyrocketed and cyber-criminals are constantly trying to master the art of conmanship.
