Built to answer questions about the Singapore residential property scene, such as market valuations and plot ratio, Sevi is found on the Singapore Real Estate Exchange website.

The chatbot is relatively sluggish with its replies when used at the website, but it is faster when used via Facebook Messenger.

Interaction is limited to property-related queries, with Sevi refining my query step by step.

However, this line of questioning may lead to a dead-end and you'd have to type "reset" to start a new conversation.

Sevi completely ignores irrelevant questions, though it replies to compliments and insults, sometimes wrongly. Call it an idiot and it apologises. Ask to speak to a human being and you will be given a hotline number.

Overall, Sevi feels like an interactive database search that does a reasonably decent job at understanding property-related queries.
