SINGAPORE – ChatGPT may be hailed as the gold standard among chatbots in the mainstream but The Straits Times has found that the Primary School Leaving Examination is too big a challenge for the artificial intelligence (AI) assistant.

ST pitted ChatGPT against pupils who sat the PSLE over the last three years. Questions were obtained from the latest compilation of past year papers, available in bookshops.
