Singapore's Jaslyn Hooi joins 2018 Youth Olympic Games mascot Pandi and athletes from other countries to honour the Games' volunteers at the closing ceremony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Thursday night. Russia topped the medal tally with 29 golds, 16 silvers and 12 bronzes. Singapore's 18-strong contingent did not win any medals.
