Watch out for Beiwacht in Flemington premier sprint

He is the one to beat. He thrashed his rivals by 4.14L when he won the Group 1 Golden Rose Stakes (1,400m) at Rosehill on Sept 27.

2 Mcgaw

Won the Group 2 Danehill Stakes (1,100m) at Flemington two starts ago on Oct 4, then finishing fifth to Tentyris over 1,200m at Caulfield on Oct 18.

3 Tentyris

He came from last in a field of seven to win over 1,200m at Caulfield on the back of his third place in the Group 2 Danehill Stakes (1,100m) at Flemington. Will take some beating.

4 Tycoon Star

Not without ability and some claims. But he needs to improve on his last-start 2.86L fifth in the Group 2 Danehill Stakes (1,100m) at Flemington on Oct 4.

5 Skyhook

He has been racing well in Sydney. Two starts ago, he ran third at Group 2 level and then a last- start fourth to Beiwacht in the Group 1 Golden Rose Stakes (1,400m), both at Rosehill in September.

6 Hidden Motive

Racing well in Sydney. At his last start he won the Group 2 Roman Consul Stakes (1,200m) at Rosehill on Oct 11 in fast time.

7 Raging Force

Looked the winner but he was grabbed late when second to Tentyris over 1,200m at Caulfield on Oct 18.

8 Jimmy Recard

Group 3 winner at Caulfield in August. He needs to improve on his last-start sixth in the Group 2 Danehill Stakes (1,100m) at Flemington behind Mcgaw.

9 Legacy Bound

Two starts ago he won the Listed Poseidon Stakes. Then he finished fourth in the Group 2 Danehill Stakes, both over 1,100m at Flemington. Chance.

10 Beadman

Top Sydney colt who ran 0.25L second to Hidden Motive in the Group 2 Roman Consul Stakes (1,200m) at Rosehill on Oct 11. Solid claims.

11 Skyglider

He is an exciting prospect with two starts for two wins, with his last one at Listed Level over 1,200m at Randwick on Oct 25. Big watch.

12 My Gladiola

Her last two starts have been over 1,100m at Flemington for a win against her own sex and then second to Mcgaw in the Group 2 Danehill Stakes (1,100m).
